All Starships Go to HEAVEN
What if we are not alone in the universe? What if there is an entire advanced culture of humans in a vast, galaxy-wide network who live in perfect harmony? What if they are waiting for us to show that we are ready to join them?
Mankind Incorporated, an intergalactic organization, has seeded planets across the galaxy with the ingredients for human life, waiting for them to advance to a stage of enlightenment before inviting them to rejoin the members of HEAVEn, a perfect and peaceful society.
Planet Earth today is not ready for ascension, but when tech whiz kid Adam Arroway launches a planet-wide virtual reality porn app, the resulting excitement confuses Mankind Incorporated operatives into thinking the planet is ready to join the enlightened humans in HEAVEn. When the head honchos realize their mistake, and that Earth is full of immoral and wayward people, they send a missile to detonate the planet and erase it from human history. Adam, with the help of a few sympathetic Mankind Incorporated operatives, has only hours to save the earth from destruction by casting a true signal of ascension.
This book is a fun and clever ode to science fiction and film, one that any fan of Star Wars, Star Trek, or nerd culture in general would enjoy. The story is a clear parody, but it doesn’t sacrifice plot for the sake of humor–it’s packed with danger, romance, and adventure that could easily become a Spaceballs-esque cinema cult classic of its own.
